Sharp 60" Touchscreen at New Wave of AV Show

Grant's Perspective on ... Sharp PN-L601B Touchscreen coming to Winnipeg January 28, 2011.

I was privileged to have been invited to a sneak preview of the Sharp 60" touchscreen monitor, A.K.A. an LCD Whiteboard, at the 2010 InfoComm last June and again more recently at the Canadian introductory event.  Now this impressive unit will be featured at the Inland AV New Wave of AV event.  It will include a seminar for the PN-L601B touchscreen conducted by everyone’s pal Joe Ng from Sharp.

The touchscreen will be on demonstration all day and our clients will love the opportunity to get their hands on this interactive  monitor - literally get your hands on the pen and take it for a test drive! (no digital obscenities please - LOL)

I think the unit will be a huge hit for boardrooms.  The monitor when wall mounted will look quite elegant and with the excellent video image will be worthy of any high-end décor.

They can also get their hands on the Epson BrightLink interactive projector that will be on display as well.

BrightLink - Product of the Year

Grant's Perspective on ... BrightLink Named Outstanding Product of the Year.

It is only the end of May but ProjectorReviews.com has named the Epson 450Wi BrightLink as  their Outstanding Product of the Year. It is very rare to find a review that positively gushes about a new product. This is if interest to everyone involved in teaching and training!

BTW - My ticket to InfoComm is booked and I'm really looking forward to seeing the new audiovisual products. I'm sure that I will be sharing pictures and comments from the show.

Epson BrightLink Canadian Pricing

 Epson Canada has announced the pricing for the Brightlink 450Wi interactive projector. Educational pricing under the Brighter Futures program is also available.

Contact your closest Inland AV location for pricing and then you can complete your own "Do the Math" worksheet I posted last week.

Grant's Perspective on ... new Epson BrightLink brochure is now available for download.

I have been amazed at the buzz that the Epson Brightlink interactive projector has been generating. I can't believe the number of readers who have come to my blog with "Epson BrightLink" as their keyword search.

Epson has published a new "BrightLink 450Wi One Simple Solution" brochure. This 18 page brochure covers the features, benefits and includes a "Do the Math" worksheet.

We are all waiting for the official release (and Canadian pricing) of the BrightLink in the next few weeks. I was one of the lucky ones who had a chance to see the projector first-hand at the Inland AV Open House in Winnipeg and can't wait to start having them delivered.

Epson BrightLink 450Wi Winnipeg & Edmonton Seminar Announced

Grant's Perspective on ... an Epson interactive projector seminar added to Inland AV's Reaching For AV Gold Open House.

The introduction of the Epson BrightLink 450Wi interactive projector (see blog post from last week for details) has generated so much interest that a BrightLink seminar has been added to the January 29, Winnipeg event and the February 12, Edmonton event.

Everyone that is involved in education and training is very interested in learning what this interactive projector can do.
